This Privacy Policy describes how TwinSage ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our products at twinsage.ai and its subdomains.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, password hash, role, addon flags.
• Profile information you choose to provide (influencer handle, brand details).
• Usage data and product telemetry.
• Catalog and content you upload.

How we use it

To provide the service, build and personalize your Twins, run the simulations you've requested, route affiliate payouts where applicable, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

What we never send to LLMs

Real-user PII (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, identifiers) is never sent to LLM providers. Personas in TwinSage are synthetic - we generate them; we don't train on your audience.

Data subprocessors

We rely on a small set of vendors - cloud hosting, transactional email, LLM inference. They are bound by data-processing agreements that meet industry-standard privacy and security requirements.
